Forest Friends (12-20 months)

Introducing Ms. Mackenzie (Kenzie), our remarkable Lead Teacher with a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Pittsburg State University. Since joining our center in 2017, she has dedicated herself to nurturing the youngest learners. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in everything she does. Kenzie works full-time from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is certified in First Aid and CPR, ensuring a safe and supportive environment all her students.

Meet Connie, our dedicated teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. With years of experience under her belt, she joined our center in 2021, bringing her expertise and passion for helping others. Connie available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and holds certifications in First Aid and CPR, ensuring she is always prepared to support those in need.

CURRICULUM

Lesson plans consist of activities in social emotional growth, motor skill development, acquisition of language, cognitive development and Christianity

Activities are planned using individual time, small groups, large groups, and music and movement

Teachers focus on development of language by narrating play, and encouraging the use of new words

Children have the opportunity to participate in hands on learning experiences that help develop the whole child
